Dr. O.P. Chaudhary, Founder Chairman of Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences and Dr. O.P. Chaudhary Hospital & Research Centre laid the foundation of this premier dental institute of north India in the year 1995.  His inner strength, determination, sincere work, sacrifices and dedication made way for recognition for 100 seats of BDS and Post graduate courses in all the 9 specialties of Dentistry.

The Project of Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences and Dr. O.P. Chaudhary Hospital & Research Centre that was initiated under the dynamic leadership of Dr. O.P. Chaudhary was soon approved and the Institution saw the light of the day.  Since then, till today, no hurdle has been big enough to deter from going forward. The Institute is considered to be the premier centre for both Post Graduate and Under Graduate education and training in India.

His aim was to impart professional, technical and spiritual knowledge to students so that they become good professionals and excellent citizens of our country.
