With the blessings of our Late Founder Chairman, Dr.O.P Chaudhary Sir and best wishes of Chairman Sri Anurag Singh, Secretary, Dr. Snehlata Singh , M.D., Dr. Arohan Singh, C.E.O. Sri C.P. Verma and Advisor, Dr. Hanuman Singh, the Department of Orthodontics, SPPGIDMS organized the prestigious “First National Functional Jaw Orthopaedics Workshop” on 23rd and 24th November, 2023 with great élan and dynamism.
The event proved to be a phenomenal success where the distinguished Chief Guest Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Dr. Sanjeev Misra graced the Inaugural Ceremony and lauded the meticulous arrangements and flawless organization of the event. Principal, SPPGIDMS, Dr. Gaurav Singh addressed the audience and extended his best wishes for the success of the event. The luminaries and stalwarts of Indian Orthodontic Society, Hon. Secretary, Dr. Sanjay Labh, Hon’ble President Dr. Jayesh Rahalkar and President Elect, Dr. Puneet Batra too presided over the event and delivered engaging guest lectures. Esteemed Senior Orthodontists, Head of Departments from various dental colleges of Lucknow, executive Committee members of Indian Orthodontic Society and over 130 delegates were part of the glorious ceremony.
The two-day workshop and lectures were not just intellectually stimulating but also executed with exceptional precision. This triumph is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our esteemed Faculty and Students.
The efforts of Director, Orthodontics, Dr. Sudhir Kapoor, Director, CDE, Student Welfare and Creative Head, Dr. Rajkumar Jaiswal, Head of Department, Orthodontics, Dr. Jitendra Bhagchandani and the entire Department, in making this event a resounding success are truly commendable.
