“AMISTAD – AN INTER-COLLEGE MEDICAL AND DENTAL STUDENTS FESTIVAL” by Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences is the largest intercollege dental and medical student’s festival that witnesses’ participation from all the prestigious medical and dental colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The entire event has been divided in three categories (1).  Sports activities (2) Literary Activities and (3) Cultural activities. Teams of all the colleges shall be competing against each other in various sports such as Boys and Girls Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Throw ball. Literary competitions include Debate, Quiz etc. whereas cultural will have Singing and Dance competition.  

The previous editions of AMISTAD have received huge appreciation and success and all the medical and dental students are always extremely excited to take part in this major event. Celebrity Rock Bands and singers like Palash Sen, Papon, Indian Idol, Spunk etc. have been invited to perform at the Intercollege Event for the past many years.
