The 56th Indian Orthodontic Conference held in Pune has been a momentous one for the entire Sardar Patel Fraternity as it was raining accolades for the faculty representing Department of Orthodontics, SPPGIDMS. Prof. (Dr.) Sudhir Kapoor was awarded the prestigious and highly coveted ‘Dr AV Arun’s Best Professor Award’ at the Inaugural Ceremony of the Conference on September 16,2022. It was bestowed by Shri Prakash Javdekar Ji,M.P Pune and Former Central Minister , Government of India. Adding to this incredible achievement, Prof. (Dr.) Jitendra Bhagchandani won the elections for the post of Executive Committee Member of the Indian Orthodontic Society, a tremendous feat in itself. We congratulate them for bringing laurels to our Institution.
